Heavenly Delights contains 425 recipes. This
recently-published cookbook is a unique collection of favorite recipes.
Many are taken from the Annual Bake Sale, held each fall. Others are family-favorites,
handed down from generation to generation. Still others have been contributed
by the Franciscan Friars themselves, both domestically and from the missions
abroad.

1 dozen eggs 1 lb. confectionery sugar 1 pkg. (3 oz.) vanilla pudding (not instant) |
3 T. vanilla extract
1 T. almond extract 1 oz. or more of chocolate sprinkles |
| Mix well Ricotta, eggs, sugar, vanilla pudding, vanilla extract, almond extract and chocolate sprinkles. Grease 2 pans (8x8 in.) or one pan (11 by 8 in.). Bake at 400º for approximately 1 hour. | |
